homy
Who we are
Based in Tavagnacco (Udine), Homy specializes in the supply and installation of modular prefabricated buildings and temporary equipment. We operate across diverse sectors – construction, Oil & Gas, industrial maintenance, shipbuilding, real estate, architecture – offering tailor-made solutions that combine innovation, flexibility, and maximum efficiency.

International presence
Thanks to many years of experience and a customer-oriented approach, Homy guarantees quality products and personalized services, managing every stage of the project: from initial consultation to final installation. We have completed projects worldwide, strengthening our presence in countries such as Mexico, Brazil, Mozambique, Iraq, France, Canada, and many others.

Production and partnerships
Homy owns its own production plants and has a consolidated network of international manufacturing partners that ensure flexibility, global production capacity, and consistent quality. In our facilities, steel and aluminum are processed: cutting, shaping, welding, and pre-assembly are carried out internally or through subcontractors directly overseen by our staff, ensuring reliability throughout the entire supply chain.

What it means to build with Homy
Every project starts from a relationship of trust. Our clients’ testimonials tell the added value of collaborating with Homy: construction quality, operational reliability, and the ability to adapt to complex contexts with tailor-made solutions.
building peace
A project by Homy
Since 2014 Homy has supported the Building Peace Foundation project, created to improve living conditions in the most fragile contexts. In collaboration with NGOs, governments, and international organizations – including the Clinton Global Initiative, the Jordanian Royal Court, UNHCR, and ambassadors like Sharon Stone – Homy has contributed to the construction of schools and shelters for refugee children.

Thanks to this commitment, over 3,000 Syrian children have accessed basic education, and local microeconomies have been activated in refugee camps in Jordan. The “community based” shelters designed by Homy were selected and exhibited at Expo Milan and the MoMA in New York, in the exhibition “Insecurities: Tracing Displacement and Shelter”.
A sustainable heart

Homy is deeply
committed to environmental
protection
Homy adopts a concrete approach to reduce its impact. We actively promote circular economy practices, encouraging reuse, recycling, and material restoration to maximize resource efficiency.
We optimize our production processes to minimize waste, eliminate unnecessary packaging, and encourage recycling and composting programs. Additionally, we integrate renewable energy sources into our housing systems by installing photovoltaic panels and supporting the spread of sustainable energy solutions at every stage of the project.
