Homy modular constructions offer complete, flexible, and custom prefabricated solutions, with integrated structure, systems, and finishes. Designed to adapt to any context and use, they ensure comfort, fast execution, and great versatility: from homes to offices, as well as temporary or permanent camps.
Homy Steel Frame
Homy steel constructions guarantee high build quality and maximum design freedom, easily integrating with traditional systems.
The Steel Frame system is a dry technology that uses galvanized steel profiles to create strong yet lightweight structures designed to simplify construction processes.
Ideal for residential and commercial buildings, it represents a fast, flexible, and sustainable solution for modern construction sites.
Main technical features:
• Steel profiles with S320GD + Z quality;
• Profile sizes ranging from 100 to 250 mm;
• Profile thickness between 1.5 and 2.0 mm;
• Assembly by screwing, no welding on site;
• Depending on structural and bracing requirements, internal and external OSB-3 panels (15–25 mm) or diagonal bracing of the steel-frame system are evaluated;
• Based on the climate and expected quality level, the insulation and panel layering are selected during the design phase.
Insulated Modular Units
Homy offers a wide range of insulated modules, from standard flat-pack sizes of 2.4 × 6.0 m up to 3.0 × 12.0 m, with many customizable intermediate dimensions. The modules can be combined into multi-level structures, with internal or external stairs, and are custom-designed based on a preliminary analysis considering logistics, available space, and ease of assembly.
Walls and roofs are designed to provide thermal and acoustic insulation as well as fire resistance, in accordance with current regulations. Available insulating materials include expanded polyurethane, rock wool, PUR, and PIR, selected for high performance and durability. The aesthetics can also be customized to fit the architectural context of the project.

Homy Hangar uses hybrid structures combining steel frame and structural steel to build warehouses up to 10 meters in height with clear spans up to 22 meters. The choice of materials and thicknesses is customized based on site conditions. When required, the system integrates with traditional carpentry, further increasing the building’s size and structural capacity.
